Bilingual Occupational Health LPN/ Certfied Medical Assistant
Job Description
Are you a bilingual occupational health nurse/CMA looking for a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to maximize your pay? If so, BOS is looking for someone to join our occupational/environmental health and safety team with a food processing plant.
Responsibilities:
The nurse/CMA works very closely with safety management and first and second-shift safety techs. Overseeing the responsibilities of techs where information to the employee is vital for their personal health and well-being. You will conduct pre-hire drug screens; assess medical questionnaires; follow medical protocols for treatment; address workers' compensation documentation; making proactive medical recommendations to employees.
The medical assistant will work in an autonomous nursing environment and needs to be detail-oriented and capable of accurately assessing workers’ health and workplace hazard levels.

Requirements:
Mid Shift hours 10a-7p or 11a-8p
- Medical Assistant Degree/LPN
- Previous occupational health experience is desirable
- CPR Certification
- Flexibility to some overtime and occasional Saturday coverage
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Must be able to be a problem solver and make quick decisions.
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen

Sr. Staffing Specialist/Team Lead
Chanease holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Georgia. She began her journey with the BOS family in September 2019 as a Front Office Coordinator with BOS Staffing. Later that year, she transitioned to BOS Medical as a Recruiting Specialist. Currently, Chanease holds the position of Senior Staffing Specialist, where she takes charge of leading and organizing our staffing team. Her primary responsibilities involve managing schedules for clients and medical professionals across Georgia, particularly in behavioral health and corrections facilities. Additionally, Chanease leads a team of staffing specialists.
Chanease has completed the Certified Health Care Staffing Professional program, which provides comprehensive training on federal employment and labor laws specific to health care staffing and recruiting professionals. This credential is essential for demonstrating her expertise in working with both employees and clients within the boundaries of federal regulations and laws.
