Dawn is a Long Term Care Staffing Specialist at BOS Medical, where she has been proudly serving since October 2024. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the senior care industry, her career is grounded in a passion for supporting residents and healthcare staff alike. Before joining BOS Medical, Dawn volunteered for seven years in assisted living communities, where she developed a strong foundation in elder care and community engagement. She also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) across North Georgia for two years, and held various supportive roles in activities programming and kitchen operations within long-term care facilities.

Dawn is known for her ability to build meaningful relationships and create environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and valued. Her background in both clinical and supportive roles gives her a unique perspective on staffing needs and resident care. She takes great pride in her work and  loves what she does, bringing dedication, and a personal touch to every aspect of her role.
