Job Description
BOS Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced RN to work in a Pain Management Clinic located in Sandy Springs, GA.
Available Hours: 3-4 Month Contract (Temp to Perm Assignment)
- 8:30a-3p Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Performs complete nursing assessments on clients using all available sources of information
- Interviews clients and/or natural supports using acceptable techniques that are appropriate for individual’s level of functioning to obtain information regarding medical, social, and/or emotional background
- Collaborates effectively with provider and other treatment team members in the development of an appropriate plan of care
- Administers medication(s) in the proper method, time, and dosage as ordered by the MD
- Respect the dignity and confidentiality of patients.
- Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
- Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

Requirements & Skills:
- Current, unencumbered nursing license
- Experience with schedule I and II drugs a plus
- At least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Experience working in a clinic is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for charting
- Ability to work as part of team and multi-task
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen

Sr. Staffing Specialist/Team Lead
Chanease holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Georgia. She began her journey with the BOS family in September 2019 as a Front Office Coordinator with BOS Staffing. Later that year, she transitioned to BOS Medical as a Recruiting Specialist. Currently, Chanease holds the position of Senior Staffing Specialist, where she takes charge of leading and organizing our staffing team. Her primary responsibilities involve managing schedules for clients and medical professionals across Georgia, particularly in behavioral health and corrections facilities. Additionally, Chanease leads a team of staffing specialists.
Chanease has completed the Certified Health Care Staffing Professional program, which provides comprehensive training on federal employment and labor laws specific to health care staffing and recruiting professionals. This credential is essential for demonstrating her expertise in working with both employees and clients within the boundaries of federal regulations and laws.
