Job Description
BOS Medical Staffing is looking for CNAs to work in a long-term care facility. Shifts are available immediately.
Shift Availability: Part-Time and Full-Time Positions available (including weekend rotation).
- 7A-3P
- 3P-11P
- 11P-7A
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living, ADLs (turning, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility).
- Obtain and record vital signs and weight, as assigned.
- Accurately document all care as required by company policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Take temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care.
- Observe patient and report changes in condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, and behavior to team leader.

Requirements:
- 1-year Long Term Care experience as CNA
- Licensure by the state of Georgia as CNA
- CPR Certification
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen.

With a rich professional history spanning over a decade, Daniel garnered valuable expertise in various industries, taking on diverse roles where he led, trained, and nurtured team members to ensure optimal performance and surpass target objectives.
As the current Operations Manager, Daniel shoulders a range of responsibilities that encompass the smooth management of payroll, staffing, and recruitment operations. He also handles account management, conflict resolution, as well as the training, counseling, and professional development of staff members. With a Bachelor of Business Administration earned from the esteemed Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Daniel combines his extensive experience with a solid educational foundation.
