Position Summary:
BOS Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team across the Post-Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit (PACU), and Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) units. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies
• Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status, particularly in critical and emergency situations
• Identifies realistic and measurable goals and outcomes to be attained prior to discharge. Validates these with the patient and/or family.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Serves as the patient's advocate and coordinator of care, working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state of South Carolina
• At least 1 year of PACU experience required
• American Heart Association BLS AND ACLS certification
• Basic computer skills for charting
• Ability to work as part of team and multi-task
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and assisting with patient mobility
• Candidates must pass a criminal background check
